Wake believes the Moore the merrier. Imagine Peter Warrick in gold and black. That's what #21 Kenneth Moore is to the Demon Deacons. Whether he comes at you as a wide receiver or running back, on a fly pattern or a double reverse, Moore will be Wake's playmaker and gamebreaker against FSU.
Moore came through in the clutch once again this past Saturday. With 2:24 left, Duke had clawed to within five points of Wake. No problem. The devilish Deacons dialed up their Energizer Bunny and Moore zoomed 53 yards untouched on a reverse to ice the win. The versatile Moore had 84 yards running, caught 11 passes for 100 yards and returned three kicks 22 yards.
"He has the ability to change a game around real quickly," said Wake quarterback Riley Skinner, who went 22-for-30 passing against Duke. "We try to get the ball to him as many times as we can (and) something good's going to happen."
