Seminole Soundbites: Justin Gonzalez expects packing on the pounds will equal increased power and production

The Seminoles 2013 captain was a scrawny 165 pounds when he reported as a freshman. This year Justin Gonzalez will put 40 more pounds behind his swing. Gonzo talks about his own brand of "weight training" here as the Noles prepare for another season with Omaha as the ultimate goal.
